Horn and Lights

Enables the External Horn and Lights Alarm feature on a radio wide basis. The External Alarm is activated (on the receiving radio) by an incoming Call Alert / Page, Selective Call / Private Call, Phone Call, or Message. Once activated, the External Alarm can trigger flashing headlights, a siren, or a horn.
